Tom Cloke

Tom is an experienced executive coach. He specialises in supporting change leaders so that they can drive behaviour change in their teams and deliver high levels of performance for their organisation. His approach is informed by expertise in workplace psychology, behavioural science and systems thinking, encouraging his clients to think about a holistic approach to performance development.

Experience

  • Tom has broad experience working across a variety of industries and sectors; banking and finance, technology, media and telecoms (TMT), engineering, sport and travel, both in the UK and globally in Asia, the US and Europe.
  • Some recent corporate clients include Vertiv, Sidel, AstraZeneca, Travelport, The Football Association, Thomson Reuters and HSBC.

Qualifications

  • Masters degrees in both Sport & Performance Psychology and Organizational Psychology and is currently completing his Doctorate in Organizational Psychology (DOrgPsych).

  • Qualified psychometric occupational test user (formerly level A & B) for personality (Hogan, Orpheus, FIRO-B) and ability (Watson Glaser) as well as being accredited in the use of the Schroder model of High-Performance Leadership Behaviour for assessment & development.

  • Member of the British Psychological Society

  • Languages; English and French
