Personality Psychometric Tools

Personality instruments measure an individual’s character traits and types. Understanding someone’s personality helps to understand how they work, what type of work they will excel in, how they will associate with their peers and manage their team.

Some instruments reveal areas of strengths and some interpersonal tendencies that can cause problems. Other instruments identify the ‘darker’ side of our personalities, revealing what we see when we are stressed. These aspects of personality are not easily obtained by even the best trained interviewer.

With different models of personality and a large number of report outputs its important to use a test that fits your organisation and preference and provides the data in the most useful format for your needs. Getfeedback have a wide range of personality assessments each contain a broad range of outputs to provide the most useful information to help inform your people decisions.

Our range of personality assessments include:

Orpheus is a broad-spectrum, work-based personality questionnaire that offers something quite different to other questionnaires. The first set of scales, based on the ‘Big Five’ model, measures durable personality traits with a second set of scales based on the prudentius model of integrity (these are the aspects of personality that are likely to change according to context and time of life).

Giotto is a measure of integrity that has been designed for use in the workplace. Integrity is defined here as the conflict and balance between our instincts (ie vices) and our ability to reason (ie our virtues).

Sosie provides an online measure of an individual’s values and personality traits. Sosie provides an individual’s personality against the big 5 model as well as insight into their interpersonal and personal values.

The Golden Personality Type Profiler is an online tool which helps employees understand how they make decisions and relate to others. Unlike some simplistic type-oriented assessments, Golden identifies both a Jungian 4-letter personality type, a fifth global scale looking at responses to stress and the more complex traits that account for subtle differences between people of the same type.

The SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) is the most widely used measure of behavioural style in the world. The OPQ32 is designed to provide businesses with information on the aspects of an individual’s behavioural style that will impact on their performance at work.

The Leadership Report provides a detailed insight into an individual’s leadership capability by analysing his or her unique style of operating and suggesting the areas of leadership in which he or she has the potential to excel as well as suggesting areas he or she find more challenging.

The Sales Report provides a snapshot of an individual’s natural styles that are critical to sales success in a simple, easy-to-use format. The Sales Report is based on the OPQ32 and Motivation Questionnaire (MQ). Combined, these tools offer a precise and in-depth picture of the important factors relevant for success in sales.

This OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) report is based on Daniel Goleman’s theory of Emotional Intelligence. It provides valuable information for coaching purposes and can be used in conjunction with other tools, such as 360 feedback to make links between individual preference and style and perceptions of others.

The Hogan Personality Inventory identifies the bright side of the personality and reveals what we see when people are at their best.

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) identifies the dark side of the personality and reveals what we see when people are stressed – and is the only business-related inventory that measures these dysfunctional behavioural patterns.

Talent Q’s Dimensions personality profiling tool provides a broad range of information on an individuals personality including insight on how they will work with and manage others as well as providing information on how they will manage their emotions and energy.
