James is a Business Psychologist with 20 years of experience working in Leadership Development. He practices a strengths based / positive psychology approach to coaching which complements his natural, facilitative coaching style to build confidence, clarity and energy with clients. His unique and pragmatic approach challenges the client to create long lasting, authentic change through examination, acceptance and transformation of their leadership behaviour to enable achievement of personal and organisational objectives.  James’ agility means he is quick to adapt to new conditions, be it in the market, with changing client needs or towards the dynamics of a group or individual.
