Project Administrator

We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated, highly organised and detail focused individual to join our service delivery team as a project administrator. The role will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and managing client assessment projects via the GFB assessment platform
  • Assisting with the booking and managing of client appointments
  • Providing first line technical support to candidates and client administrators
  • Assisting with the management of our websites and social accounts
  • Providing administrative support to the wider GFB team.

Much of the role requires working with a number of different systems so applicants should be computer literate with a good knowledge of MS office programs but no specific IT skills are required beyond a can do attitude and an enthusiastic desire to learn. To be successful in this role requires someone who is capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues and excellent communication skills.


This is a full time role which will predominantly be home based but travel to Henley on Thames (or nearby) for regular face to face team meetings will be required.
